Your task is to review, document and get agreement for IGA’s and Service mapping for our client’s Finance Remediation Programme.
You support client needs, to revisit its credit engine rules to increase automation rate and reduce time spend on manual handling.
We need to be assisted with analysis of the rules, challenges, and opportunities as well as derivation of a new ruleset, and to be find the right balance between compliance, risk appetite, automation rate and approval rate by reconfiguring the credit engine.

-Tangible ambition level and a clear plan for achieving it, aimed for project and board use
Here is more detailed description of knowledge and experience:
You have an experience with Credit Decision model development and implementation from various other finance institutes in Denmark, also in relation to the 7C regulation on creditworthiness.
You need to know the competitive landscape in Denmark and have detailed insights into how many of our competitors have optimised and implemented streamlined solutions that bring up both approval and automation rates.
You have detailed understanding of regulation – have ongoing contact with the DFSA on regulatory interpretation and updates in relation to credit management.
Requirement to bring data analysis and programming skills that can speed up the project. Key in terms of required skills here is practical experience with CDE development in Danish competitors that can help bring us at par with other players in the market.
